A DonorsChoose grant titled “Dancing Feet” has helped bring music and movement together in physical education classes at Sunrise Elementary School. Thanks to the funded project, teacher Mr. Mike Barnes was able to purchase a wireless party speaker to enhance learning and engagement in his P.E. classes.
The new portable speaker allows music to be incorporated into lessons, making the class more energetic, fun, and effective for students of all ages.
“Adding music with a new portable speaker to our physical education classes has made learning activities more engaging, fun, and effective for students of all ages,” commented Mr. Barnes.
