As the school year came to an end, first graders at Sunrise Elementary School welcomed the approaching summer with a fun-filled, camping-themed day. The event offered students a memorable way to wrap up the year.
As part of the day, students set up tents inside their classrooms and engaged in reading activities around a simulated campfire. The experience provided opportunities for students to interact with peers, practice reading skills, and participate in hands-on activities related to the camping theme.
