Mrs. Oliver’s third-grade students at Sunrise Estates Elementary School are midway through an eight-week observation and journaling unit on the life cycle of mealworms.
“We are raising mealworms to observe their life cycle in action,” commented Oliver. “The inquiry activity allows students to discover the answer instead of just reading about it!”
