Penn-Trafford Names May “Students of the Month”

The Penn-Trafford School Board and Administration recognized the following Students of the Month for May 2022:

 

(Elementary)

Brayden Bridge is a 5th-grade student at Sunrise Estates Elementary.  Dr. Karin Coiner, principal, commended Brayden for being a kind, hard-working, and respectful student. 


(Middle School)

Eliyah McPherson is an 8th-grade student at Penn Middle School.  She was introduced by Mr. Jim Simpson, principal.  He recognized Eliyah for being intelligent, responsible, humble, and always striving for her best.  

 

(High School)

The following seniors, who will all enter the military after graduation, share the student-of-the-month honor at the high school:


Nicholas Deyarmin (Air Force)

Zakary Fordyce (Army National Guard)

Bryce Liller (Navy)

William Remaley (Air Force)

Zachary Skalka (Marines)


The recipients of the American Legion School Award – which honors ​​Courage, Honor, Leadership, Patriotism, Scholarship, and Service – were also recognized:

The students of the month attended the May 9, 2022 School Board meeting where they were each presented a certificate of achievement and applauded for their accomplishments.
