On April 6, each of the five elementary schools of the Penn-Trafford School District held a ‘Kindergarten Kickoff” for students who will begin school next year. Each building opened its doors for the rising kindergarteners and their families to have a tour of the school, meet the teachers and staff, learn about school services and resources, and schedule a placement screening.
There were also many fun activities available such as a photo booth, crafts, and signing up for a library card.
“We are so excited to welcome our rising kindergarteners to the Penn-Trafford School District,” said Superintendent Dr. Matthew Harris. “I look forward to seeing great things from the Class of 2035!”
